Is there any way besides video proof that us players can catch a hacker? if so I would love to help because there are many hacker that are on when mods aren't and I would love to help put a stop to them :).

No, video proof is required to catch hackers.

You can do /report [player] [reason] and all online staff gets the notification, just say come and check them out. I think that's about it
