So my idea is to add a tab for questions
What I mean is that cubecraft should add a part of the forums where you have questions. Such as earlier I had a question about bumping threads, what if the questions tab would be added with bug reports, suggestions, support, and staff applications file cabinet? (Im calling it that because its the only good metaphor I can think of) Would it be used at all?

I would use it for sure. I normally have questions about words and commands in discord, forums, and in-game.

As @jollow250 the tab for this is the support tab, which can be found here. You could also use the 'Everything Else" tab but the support one would be best. It is better suited there since you are looking for an answer to a question. If you have any more questions or need help on navigating the forums, do not hesitate to ask me. :)
