Hello,

I have a friend who has a mute for her life on cube. He has sent a appeal, but it's denied. Also he started a conservation to staff/oldstaff people who muted him. But staff dont responds the conservation. My friend have regret about the things he say and he learned from his faults...

Is there somewhere possible way to get an unmute?

Tell your friend that he has to wait patiently for an answer. Staffs do respond to PM's, but some Staffs are also busy with their own life such as school or other things.
