Punch 1 or Power 5 bow?

I have always wondered which one you guys like more or think works better than the other?

yh because it takes lots of health away and it kinda gives some knockback

On eggwars, I would choose punch as you could knock people off.
The power 5 won't help to break through armour on OP as that is basically what OP is all about.

on skywars if i had the chose between a power 5 and a punch 1 i would go with power 5 but in eggwars i would go with punch 1

Definitely Punch 1 and especially in OP because power 5 does no damage with the protection 5 and the punch bow can knock you off which is pretty much the only way to win in OP items against stacked player, by bow spamming a punch bow.

sometimes i find it really annoying becuase of the prot 5 gear its super hard to kill people and like you said you have to knock them off the egde
