Im from Mexico and im trying to buy an emerald rank but the page of paymentwall dont let me to buy help please

What kind of error do you get when you try to access the page?

Ive seen lots of people who have had problems with paymentwall. I personally have not but Ive read several different threads. I suggest emailing sales@cubecraft.net for any purchase problems as that is the first place to go but I heard buying gift cards was a good way because paymentwall is unsafe.

@iHellOfDarkness I have experienced the same error that you probably got.
You neeed to contact verifyme@paymentwall.com . Follow the instructions on the screen, and provide information as required.

Thanks I’ll check that of verifying mi account if i have errors on what i am saying sorry because i dont speack english a lot... so the problem is that i checked the money i had on my credit card and they’ve just charged me the 60 USD. When i bought it, they asked for my email i think its supposed they send me an email because of the charge but i have no email and thats because im worry about (if they ask me for proofs i dont have any one)

You can send them your transaction or the money that got taken away from your account but you need a mail adress for it. You can use the mail of your parents.
