Problem with the appeals.ccgn.co

Hello i got banned from the server and i want to put my appeal, but https://appeals.ccgn.co/ dont respond...
When i finish to do all the process and clic in "Submit appeal" the site returns me to the first page (to "Enter your Username to appeal"), and nothing happends.

Please help me, im an active player of this server and i dont want to stay banned (In te appeal i drafted all the details by which my ban is not correct and why i need to be unbaned).
