Today July 13th I bought my obsidian range but I have been waiting for more than 20 minutes and I still do not get an explanation

First of all if you had actually read that screen it tells you thats NOT a valid proof of purchase, second it can take anywhere from instantly to a couple hours to get your rank if it turns out longer contact @Joe Henry with your reciept sent via email
