Bedrock Problem with Magic and Mayhem

I am experiencing a problem with buying the frost wand, it says i bought it and the quest completed. But it didn’t give me the wand, when I went back to the shop after relighting in it wasn’t there. I checked my ended chest my inventory my mailbox for the game. But it just was not there. I am super confused and frustrated.
