Pre-Game Lobby Suggestion

As of lately I have been noticing a lot of targeting going on in games. Whenever I am in games with a staff member or ranked member in general they get targeted more often than not. Especially if they do not vote for what the players in the game want. I was wondering what may help this and then I noticed that they do not even have to talk in chat to be noticed. If you hit tab, the names of ranked players and staff are still colored in the pre-game lobbies. This is mainly directed at Eggwars, which can get very irritating for the players. My suggestion is that you could make all of the names gray or all of them yellow in tab so that they will not be known. It would help with the targeting and allow for staff to play without being spammed as well.

I think this would help with targeting, +1.
But a lot of people know the staff members, so it won't abolish targeting completely.

Alrighty,
These are 2 things that I've suggested in the past:
1. Make pregame lobby names yellow.
2. Make anounymous voting a thing.

Is this the solution against targeting? Yes. Most definitely yes.

I think it should be toggled, some players prefer to show ranks in pre-lobbies.

I like this so that people don't know if theres a donator or not and then don't spam op as much. I am sort of guilty of the targeting thing, lets just say that if you chose op triple health I would want to kill you a bit more than everybody else.

I believe this could help a little for people with the youtuber ranks, while their name will most likely be recognize, it could help a bit
