There is a plugin pack of skywars, lucky skywars.
Is there a Plugin Pack of Blockwars?
Block wars is a really nice game!
And i will got it xD!
And yes i know Blockwars come form The chunk and is custom coded.

I am sure CCG will never release it's custom coded plugins, so no, there aren't any "plugin packs"

He probably thinks on those plugin packs. They are actually just a recreation of CubeCraft's plugins, because it is not possible that they get leaked.

I'm sure you can find something similar by looking for a basic capture the flag plugin. As stated above, block wars is a custom plugin so you don't be able to download an exact replica :P
