Nope only mod/sr mods/admin And owner can ban people. Hackers cant.

His problem hasnt been resolved yet, i dont think it needs a lock. He says that his account is hacked, so he needs help with that, which he hasnt had yet.
And yes, hackers can ban him by using his account to break the rules and that way get banned.

I have some tips that could really help!
1. Change your password of your minecraft account and your e-mail (that you used to create your minecraft account).
2. Get proof that you're the owner of this account, I know it may seem pointless but staff want to make sure you're the real owner of this account.
3. Ask for them to ban you. You don't want any more harm done to your account, so ask them to ban you until you can resolve this issue. (Same thing with other servers that you play on).
4. Once you have fixed this issue I am pretty sure they want proof you're the owner of the account and you have secured it.

Pretty sure that is all I can suggest you could do. Hope your problem gets solved!
