I hope if party's come out, when you join a team game (like eggwars, skywars etc) your whole team joins the same team, for example team 8. That would be nice. :D

Uh no. Everybody in the party will move to the same lobby when the leader moves, so the party members don't have to scramble around to find him and stuff. Also, party chat allows for exclusive communication within the party without anyone meddling.
