OK, I used that texture pack always and this glitch came out of nowhere I didn't had this before but I will try and idk how this works either.

I think you've let to check by your internet operator.
I'm not sure if thats the thing and I don't know much about it.

If you want to join, try put all your settings too the lowest put your texture pack to default and if you're still getting kicked, then there maybe files missing or the firewall is blocking things out of safety

Where is that Señor Hour Glass I tried without texture pack and it kick me out but I think this is something new (Internal Exception io.netty.handler.codec.CorruptedFrameException: length wider than 21 -bit)

I maybe recommend to uninstall minecraft and then install it again, look if it solves it and so not, you've gotta use youtube for it

I don't have much settings I have only 1 thing that I can set to the lowest and that's render distance but I tried that already.

I did that already like 20 times I rested my pc already and on YouTube is there no fix about this.
