So, recently, Cubecraft added a little feature, making you able to play again easily.

It's a nice feature, however, it could be improved alot.
Here are some of my suggestions to possibly improve this feature:
1) Don't put people into games that will start in 10 seconds or less.
What?
It explains itself, this doesn't happen very often, but can happen, like you can see on this screenshot:
You can see that I joined after the timer hit 1 second.
Why?
Because it's very annoying, you can't pick a kit or vote. (This could partially be fixed with an "Auto kit" feature)
2) Adjus the time between waiting for a new game.
What?
So whenever you have "Auto mode" enabled, and you die or win, you'll be put into a new game in 5 seconds.
My suggestion for this is to let us choose the time of waiting, instead of it being 5 seconds.
You will be able to choose a length of time (in seconds) between 0 and 10 seconds. (could be a different lenght as well)
Why?
People who know they are toxic, could set the timer to 0 or1 second, so they will almost instantly join a new game, so they wouldn't be able to talk to / insult the other players.
3) Auto kit feature
What?
A toggable setting, where you can choose a kit, which will be automatically selected in other games.
This has been suggested many times before:

Because it's annoying when you forget to pick a kit when joining a game.
Or as said in 1), when you somehow join a game last second, you'll still have your kit.

A command that let's us automatically play a new game, basically running the same commands as the "Play again" or "Auto mode" feature.
/play or /auto for example.
Sidenote: You can do /playagain ingame, but it won't do anything, not even when your game is finished, so it's just there to run when you click the "Play again!" button. Would already be nice if we could use this command at any time.
Why?
It's a nice little feature, making you able to play a new game even faster.
