When a guy has high ping on a match like SkyWars or Team SkyWars, the guy should be kicked because it affect's other people gameplay because the knockback has delay and the guy's hits land before he get the delayed knockback.

So a player who has bad ping should be kicked from a game because of the late knockback? That's so unfair.

I don't think they should be kicked, since its not their fault neither do they hack, they just need to deal with their pings. So,
if a player was in a eggwars game, he wasn't lagging but then, he suddenly lags or gets lag spikes and gets randomly kicked from the server
for high ping or he might just live really far from any host, but always gets kicked how do you think he would feel?

Seriously though: No.
Despite the lag being a pain to deal with for you, it's way worse on their end.
This would literally be the definition of unfair.

An option for them is to host another server in the US so we get less people with insanely high ping, but that's always been a bit dodgy since Cube doesn't necessarily want to split the community. (this would especially be inconvenient since they lack the staff to do so)

I understand that this can be annoying but this is just something you will have to deal with.
This would be way to unfair for the player with low ping.
Maybe he can't help his low ping, he might just live really far from any host. He's just a regular Minecraft player who enjoys playing Cubecraft, how would you feel getting kicked for something you can't help.
It could also be his or her wifi connection but he/she might not be able to fix this either.
He or she could be very far away from the wifi router and his or her parents don't want to buy another one or place it somewhere else.
Don't you think this is annoying for the person with the lag? The players game will continuously lag and the other players will freeze for him or her. I think that's worse than just 1 person freezing for you.
Every server has to deal with this and you too.

If the player is acting faster than the game is responding that usually indicates that their internet is fast and fine, but getting the transmissions from the server is having issues You can check a players ping by opening up the player list ( default control is tab), if your ping is low, this means your lagging and he has better connection than you do the delayed knockback could be your character trying to register the hits way late

A player should not be kicked from the server or be unable to play just because they have bad connection to the server. It's completely unfair.
