Ik have seen that you cant set players off any more! Where is it? If i Livestream everybody stands in front of me, so i cant join a game. Can you put that option back?

It's still here. In the party update, all of the player visibility settings were replaced with a single setting.

you can
just click on the eye of ender (in your settings menu) and click on it twice that turns all players off
