Hi so if you have bedrock edition just place down a couple coral blocks underwater. Every block counts. Also CCG should help in this by updating to BE 1.4 and making coral available in watermaps.
Idk why you cant do it on java. Either they cant count individual blocks or they dont want to because we have access to worldedit and /fill.
