New textures for Eggwars eggs

Helloooooooo Cubecrafters!
Today i'm happy to introduce a new idea to you!:
New Textures for the Eggwars Eggs!
It just came up in my mind that the default textures became a little boring..
So why not?!
Here is the default egg:

Why would we need new Eggs?
Like i said above, i think the default eggs are a little boring.. AND it would make Eggwars more unique!

How would the new texture's look?
Obviously it would stay an egg, but i tried to make it look more like an egg!
It is an egg based on the Yoshi's egg from Mario!

And how would it look inside of Minecraft Eggwars?
Underneath here you can see the normal regular egg!
I tried to remake it in paint.net and the end result became this:

More colors!
Maybe this is also a boring egg but i added something MORE unique!
Multiple colors! Each team would get their own colored egg, for example: red would get an egg with red dots, green with green dots, etc... I don't know if this is possible to give each team an egg with their own color, if not i would change the egg to the regular egg with black dots like above ^^^. This is how the red and green eggs would look like:

I know they are not the best but it's just an example for this thread...

Would this require a resource pack?
Hmm good question! I'm not really sure about that because i've seen other servers changing items without using any resource packs..

Would the new eggs change the game?
Please, no! NO NO NO NO NO NO! The game is good as it is now but i was just thinking of a new texture for the eggs to make the Eggwars game more unique...

Hmm good question! I'm not really sure about that because i've seen other servers changing items without using any resource packs..

Can you give an example if it? Because I think it is impossible to change a texture without having the right texture pack. If this was possible, why didn't they do it for Lucky Islands?

But I think it isn't really necessary to give Eggwars its own resource pack.

That's what i said and what do you mean with vote list for Gold+? All i suggest is to change the texture of the eggs to make the game more unique

Maybe they didn't do it because Lucky Islands change's more textures then 1 block... ;)

That's really unnecessary.
The game is about to start, at the last second you vote for the egg textures, then, everyone needs to install that texturepack. Not really effcient.

I really like this idea to have an egg with its own colour of the team, but I don't think an 'Eggwars Texturepack' is really needed.

Yes! I would love to see more originality in eggwars. A brilliant idea, glad someone actually thought of this.

Great textures by the way, it's not like the normal one, that got a bit boring! Really hope this gets added <3
