when in game you can use a command to turn on "reporting cam" with is a recording plugin that you can send to cube craft games, here and it will mean more hackers banned and less cheater because they have a much hire chance of getting banned!

That is pretty much exactly what happens, except can't be 24/7 watching these. After 11 PM Eastern Daylight Time on weekends, only me and twenty other people are even online on the forums. How'd you expect a staff to watch this? Hundreds of reports come in daily and this would increase reports exponentially. Personally, I've only reported one guy that wasn't a hacker which was @POWER_RANGER 's friend Gamer_Freak but I have over 350 recordings that aren't viable to be banned.

Unfortunately something like this isn't possible. However, if someone does use the report command on many servers, it increases the sensitivity of the plugin against that one player.
