Poison (not sure what level, enough to combat a gapple but to still heal while one is activated) Barbarian ends up with half a heart- easy kill
OR Wither (1 for stone, 2 for iron+ to slightly offset the resultant op-ness of gapples. Still better for iron+ of couse) Barbarian has a limited lifespan
