Wands are significantly too much power of cooldowns.
50% is definitely too much. It’s too quick, it causes a ridiculous amount of chaos meaning it is a spam with wands such as slime and TNT.
So we have a plan, make the wands to have a colder cooldown to be exactly 30% so it isn’t big chaos. Somehow less often.

This mode only applies to Overpowered modifiers.

THIS IS AN EXAMPLE FOR THE WAND COOLDOWNS:
Dragon breath is 30 secs, 15 secs in OP.
Shield is 60 secs, 30 secs in OP.
Regen is 30 secs, 15 secs in OP.
TNT is 45 secs, 22.5 secs in OP.
Slime is 30 secs, 15 secs in OP.
Frost path is 45 secs, 22.5 secs in OP.

They all reduce 50% in OP items. In the upcoming updates, it will be a 30% reduction in OP items. A mild nerf.

But we want to play in Overpowered modifiers, please make every wand to have it’s cooldown by 30% rather than 50% so this isn’t that much chaotic as before.

I keep literally dying to the void by explosions in small islands. This happens to me with slime and TNT wands.
