So Im very much a skywars noob. I see Lapis in the chests but cant find any enchanting tables anywhere. Is there some way to enchant that I dont know of?

No, enchantment tables were removed along with anvils as they didn’t work properly and could be abused to get illegal items. The XP bottles and lapis should really be removed from the chests but I doubt they will be since it’s not a big issue.
