Name change on the site

I would like to change my name on the site because my ign is no longer _DaShadowPerson_. I found a thread on how to do so, an admin replied with a link (https://www.cubecraft.net/account/change-username), they said I needed 10 messages but I already had over 10 so I tapped on the link and then it said it was an unknown page.
