and points whas 2000 but thats not a problem only that i cant buy in the shop

You cant have a minimap that shows where players are. Its considered cheating.

i tryed and nope not fixed cant buy things in shop and i dont have my kills deaths and topstreak back

Yeah, when mine bugged out i lost all the kills and deaths that i had earned. I never lost my points though =s
