how do i mention someone's username and have it be the aqua color and underlined?

Hi, you can just type "@[name]" and then a menu should appear below the text, you can click the name to mention them. Just like this: @unibabi

Ahh, you mean in-game. It's not something you can do. It only works in global chat and the player has to have chat notifications enabled in the settings menu. If they have it enabled, their name will appear blue in chat for them.

If you have a rank you can use coloured chat to do so. Like this : &b&n [Player name]
Underlined and aqua. More info on coloured chat can be found here! This won't give them the *ping* if they have it disabled in setting...
