When I go to the store I get this message when trying to buy a rank "You're not allowed to purchase this item."
So this means I already have a rank and can only buy "Rank Ups".
But ingame I don't have any rank, what happened ?
I even logged out a few times just to type the ign in the store again, and it is correct

We recently got to an amazing 40,000 followers on our Twitter page, which is mind-blowing. And of course to say thanks and give something back to you guys we thought what better way to do this than a giveaway! So, we got put out a tweet yesterday saying if we got 2000+ retweets we'd do a give away, and the great community that you are got us beyond that target. At the time of writing this, the tweet currently has 2,250 retweets (WOW!), we also just passed the 4,000 tweet mark.
- HOW TO WIN -I can hear you all screaming what's in the giveaway and how can I win! Well do not fear, I shall explain. Each day at 12 noon (THAT'S MIDDAY) GMT+1 (UK Time) we'll release a code on our Twitter account. This code will be first come, first serve. So, for example, the first 30 people to use the Iron rank code will get that rank, any after this will not get the rank (Sorry!). To use the code simply go to our online store, add the rank to your basket, and checkout. On the checkout page it'll show a field where you can enter the code. I've attached some photos below to help you out. But first, here's what's up for grabs and when. The higher the rank, the less chance you have to win (Yes, we like to play games & yes we are cruel).
- 30 IRON RANKS. (Released Friday 9th October)- GONE IN UNDER 2 MINUTES!
- 25 LAPIZ RANKS. (Saturday 10th October)- GONE IN UNDER A MINUTE!
- 20 GOLD RANKS. (Sunday 11th October)- GONE IN UNDER 30 SECONDS!
- 15 DIAMOND RANKS. (Monday 12th October)

1) So first, put your Minecraft username into the store.I hope all this makes sense, and if it doesn't just reply to this with any questions and I'll try my best to respond. I'm sorry but if you've already got a rank, of any kind, you will not be able to redeem a free rank as these are just 'Ranks' and not 'Rank Upgrades'. We might also give away a couple of free premium accounts, rank upgrades and a bit of CubeCraft merchandise but these will be manually decided by our staff team and may not 100% happen.
2) Select the package which you have a coupon for - (In this case, Iron).
3) Try to checkout with the coupon code.

Hi, my MineCraft username is mauhd. I have a problem, in the giveaway of lapiz rank, i get an error. I claim the rank faster than my friend and I didn´t get it, but my friend yes. I was preparing for the gol rank, but it sayed to me that I didn´t have permission to buy the rank, I wrote a tweet and no one replyed to me. I tried with other ranks and I can´t buy any rank, only Lapiz. So today for the Diamond I can´t buy it. It says:
You're not allowed to purchase this item. And all my friends have rank and I didn´t. I tried restarting the coputer, in the Mobile Phone, Changing the Browser loggin in and out, and nothing. Is there anyway to have the rank?

Yea, I experienced the same problem. It says that "There are packages/coupons i'm not allowed to checkout with" I set a timer and did it in the first 15 seconds... I'm very disappointed. Can someone please address this problem? I might not be able to go for emerald or obby though... My only chance, and it was killed because of an error. Thanks!
If you already have a rank, you can't get another. As the owner mentioned, "These are ranks, not rank upgrades."

Okay guys, I made up a video showing how to claim a code. Of course, for privacy reasons, I chose not to put my personal info here. For you guys, all you have to do is do everything I did, only with with your personal details. If you still don't understand this process, try to read everything everyone said.
Also, if you already did this and the claim didn't work, you probably were too late. Please, the giveaway is almost over and we're having more angry people fussing over not getting a rank when they tried to redeem. Please, read the threads and all before claiming things you don't know how to.
When something says 15 ranks available, due to the massive size of the CubeCraft community, you'd have to be really fast about it. Some people see the Twitter post before others even when it comes out almost immediately. When I checked in to see the giveaway, I woke up about 5 minutes earlier. When the post came online, the instant response time for Twitter said 3 seconds. If the ranks run out in less than 20 seconds, you're most likely not going to get it due to the massive player base all trying to get to 15 codes (in case of the diamond rank).
In any way, someone please translate this to Spanish (not with Google Translate.) It would be appreciated.
