As @BrokenAyzer said the best way to contact them is through their email. You may also contact joehenry (joehenry#3556) on Discord (https://discord.gg/cubecraft) via pm if you have not heard anything back from the email in a week. Also be aware that we do not give refunds on any purchases, sorry.
