Option to turn it off
I personally don't mind having it all the time, however players with smaller resolutions may find it a nuisance so an option in the settings menu to toggle it would be good (as long as it remembers the preference between lobbies).

Displaying online friend count, and current party size
The line for party size would only appear when in a party, but could be useful when quickly finding a map for a specific team size.

I made a nice preview of what it could look like (only 3% of minemen can tell the difference):

The maximum number of lines the scoreboard can display at once is 15, so if anyone has any more ideas, please post them below!​

What about removing the "level" part? Because the experience bar already shows that so it's pretty pointless imo.

Maybe it's usefull for when you just upgraded but I don't see it being too usefull either :p
