Level spawner for?

What is the best level to have a spawner as high as possible so that "tough" monsters do not reach level 15?

What is the best level to have a spawner as high as possible so that "tough" monsters do not reach level 15?

The tough ones are getting stronger if you upgrade them. I don't know if it's possible that there will spawn more tough spiders/zombies etc. with upgrading the spawners. You will receive more exp if you upgrade the spawners though. :)

I dont really see a point to upgrading them tbh. doesnt seem like any xp benefit outweighs the time/durability it would take to kill them at higher levels

they seem to only spawn 3 at a time
gotta kill those, them more spawn. up to 3x per spawner
