To clear things up, I think he is talking about kicking people on his own team, just like in Tower Defense.
Anyway, I don't think it's completely necessary though.

it can be Abused to win the game and Camping was against the rules before idk if it still is but its also considered a Strategy and Just Adding /kickvote it can be abused easily so this is a bad idea no offence

As many people have already said, I think it is a very bad idea since it could be easily abused and would make the game boring. If someone is camping, just get a compass for 10 diamonds and find them.

This probably won't be added. People will abuse it. Let me explain it with an example: You're teaming with 4 other people. You have noticed that the other 4 teammates are friends of eachother. Then someone says: 'Let's vote /kick for the loner kid in our team'. So you get kicked, without a reason.
