If I understand correctly, you want to change the colour you see in the party chat to the colour you can set with the /colour command? Currently, the colours in the party chat represent what rank you have. I think this is better than everyone can choose a colour in the party chat. This is how it works on java and how I think about it.

I don't know on Java already have colour on the p chat,but i mostly are talking bedrcok,because on bedrock all the p chat is gray colour,sometimes it is hard to see and ugly :)

(And i have changed the prefix from all network to bedrock)
