You can report players here.
For teaming video evidence is required to report players, therefore this is not enough to punish them. Next time try to record the players for about 10 seconds and report them here!

An example of the server problem I was talking about. You can see the ping mismatch between my client and what the server says. If I was actually lagging, the ping number on my client would be much higher. The ping spike happened after playing a few matches in the server, which makes it impossible to have a long session without lagging or having to relog.
