If you ban was intentional (in other words you were banned correctly), please contact me. If you ban was a mistake, please contact CrazyManJr. As for why you can't create another appeal, it's because you can only create one appeal per ban. In that one appeal got declined, you can't appeal again. If you really feel like you deserve another chance, please contact the above.
