Issue With My Un-Mute Appeal

So when I go to unmute appeals I enter my old username and is says put your code in so i enter my code and my appeal reason as followed

Well, I didn't know it was against the rules to advertise twitch and I'm sorry about that and make sure I wont do it again, Also I find it sad that after games I cant say Good Game or GG and everyone thinks in a rude idiot, Please forgive me I want to speak!

Then it just starts again and doesn't register, I at first thought it was my computer so I asked my mate to do it and I doesn't
