I don't understand... saying... uh, you know, is mutable. It'll only become denied if someone else reported that same person, and got their report handled first.

Yes, you can always report, But it become denied.

If you report somebody who was saying ''Pssy'' or something in that way, it will get handled but the player you were reporting won't get muted but will get a warning (if I am right) because you didn't give a warning but it's still swearing/inappropriate language.

As I said in the last thread I answered, it's all about context, also the warning you received wasn't for just calling someone a "pleb".

Yes you can, it's considered rude so please warn them, if they don't refrain from being rude towards you, then please report them here reports.cubecraft.net if you did not have the opportunity to warn them you could also report them without warning them so we can give them an official warning.
