Is my friend still banned?

Hello, its been a month since he was banned. His name is Boanerges2damax and he was banned for hacking. When does his ban expire? He tried to appeal awhile ago but it was denied. This is the first time he has been banned on CubeCraft and I heard the first ban only lasts 30 days. I would really like to know because I really miss playing CubeCraft w/ him. He has been having to use an alt account but he doesn’t feel like logging on to it sometimes. So is it permanent or will he be banned by the end to of the day? Thank You

Hello, did you provide the real username? Because it says "this user has never joined the server".
Also, if he had been banned by a moderator, the first ban is 30 days longer. But, if sentinel banned him, it's a 7 days longer.
