Is fence glitching allowed?

So I was playing kit PVP, I had full diamond and got some other full diamond to 2 health, I wasted all my tokens. Then he got his gold apple out and fence glitched it.. is this allowed?

Abusing glitches is not allowed do /rules in game. Do /report if you see glitchers and if I am on, I will come and see :)
