If it doesn't give you in-game advantage, it's allowed.
If it shows enemys hearths is allowed.
Armour HUD is allowed.

Can you explain what consists of BetterPVP? I'm curious :P

HUD armour (% of the ramaining armour, whatever object in hand)
Show the healtht remaining of the oponent.
No minimap, except it only SHOWS THE MAP, NOT THE PLAYERS.
No hacks (anti-knockback, etc)
