IP banning may also randomly ban Cubecraft players that live close to xTurtle.
If you have proof that he hacks, by all means report him.

He also uses multiple alt accounts. But, IP banning would be risky to do.
He is not much different than any other rulebreaker. He's just a glorified hacker.

If I'm not wrong, there is a minecraft alt company sponcering him. (Super alts)
IP ban should be the most effective, however there are risks to take like you mentioned.

That's true, but it's not always nice of him he's hacking on servers, also CubeCraft. so i think he really needs to stop with it and get banned.
