I made a nice area for my shop but then when I respawned I spawned with him and cant mine out. Please help I spend hours on the world

You can remove the shop villager and relocate them. Can you click them and open anything?

I got a water bucket and that didnt work

Try crouching to a corner and mining under you, the villager floats I think.
