I am not sure that slowness 5 does anything. Uhh, how slow would that be? They would barely be able to move, maybe a little bit too much.

Something that can stop players completely won't get implemented. Don't you realise that someone would be able to use it on you? And an emerald Ice-creamer with an emerald bow would together be TOO op.

Uhh, it's not about that. Yeah, I could donate, but the kit would still be too op. Now, stone's are able to kill emeralds and other donators. But this kit would completely destroy any balance that there is now. You would basically be able to freeze a player's movement and then just constantly shooting them with a good bow. Also, you didn't type the duration of the slowness for your snowballs.

I'm pretty sure that a sharpness 5 wood sword is BETTER than a stone sword. the lapis kit can't be better then the gold kit. also the armor is really bad

No, i don't think so, but maybe. I think they just have to mix the Slowness potion with the snowball powers: The snowballs speed, and the potions power :)
