Hey my dad just bought gold rank for me and we went to his Bank account and it says that the money has already went through but i haven't got the Rank yet.

I have the same problem I bought the rank at around 6 and I never got a confirmation code, and I still don't have rank and I contacted the people for help and they haven't responded.
Could this be the problem that i bought it on my dads computer without logging in to my account?
As long as you got your receipt, please email sales@cubecraft.net. Your receipt should be shown in the email you entered when purchasing the rank.
