This happened also to me! just appeal and they will unban you if it was a mistake.

yea well how long is that gonna take?? Some say it can take up to months! That's not why I bought rank on this server, just to wait for a false ban...
It’s decided randomly by a computer and can range from weeks to months. Best of luck tho <3
This happened to me also about 3 times. It is because of a lag spike, and if you appeal you get unbanned within a few hours (in my case at least)
