I got banned

My first appeal for a ban by sentinel got aprobed, and my second appeal not, i think that my ban must be temporally (30days) and not permanently, because my first ban are from a error on sentinel

it's not my fault that sentinel got banned me for a error my first time(editado)
i think that my ban must be 30 days, the first ban mustnt't count to the ban list

I reported this error 5 months ago, and today, i haven't any reply...

And my first ban are from a error by sentinel, and second ban too. But second ban by sentinel is permanent, so i was banned permanently for a error.
