I can't donate?

Hello,

My friend 7ensinz recently donated for my little sister GalaxyPenguins and got her Gold Rank. After she paid for it and it worked 7ensinz tried to donate to get Gold Rank for herself but it didn't work and came up with this:

"
Payment system was blocked for you.
Dear User,

The verification process we have in place is to combat fraudulent activity and to make sure there are no problems. We apologize for all the inconvenience this may have caused."


I have tried to donate for 7ensinz but it came up with the same error as above.


Could someone please help us out?

@Joe Henry could you look at this.
I think it might be because you bought a rank for your sister and then tried on the same computer to buy another. Not too sure myself but that would be my best guess

Anyway,
Try making a private conversation with Joe Henry he might know how to fix this issue.

Hello there! If you would like help with any store purchases, either email sales@cubecraft.net , or send a private message to @Joe Henry who will be glad to help you out with any of the troubles taking place.

PaymentWall will sometimes stop payments or refund payments for fraud reasons. They may ask players for more information such as ID. This is totally normal and safe. It is used to ensure the person who is on the Bank Card is the person who is purchasing the rank. This is just another fraud prevention step.

Hopefully this issue can be resolved as soon as possible!
