I can't appeal

I went to appeals to get unbanned because I got hacked and all it says is put your username and I do and i put the start appeal button and it just brings me back to the same place where it says start appeal. It maybe because when i got banned my ign was BasketballHero but i recently changed it to Faberino. Can I just appeal here or something because it is really annoying.Oh and my ban title thing says banned for alternate if that has anything to do with this.
