BedRock version currently in Beta mode, So it's not fully functional, It will bebfully released at the end of this year.

Hi,

As told here this is a bug and this is because Bedrock is still in BETA and there can be problems like this, so wait until Bedrock is officially:)

It could be because bedrock is still in beta. It also could be that your muted. But I don’t think that that is the issue! I hope that the comments above already helped you! We (cubecraft community) hope you can talk again and make more friends and help cubecraft become better if that’s possible of course :)
