I can’t catch clownfish for the angler master quest, any suggestions? (Bedrock)

I’ve been trying to grind the side quests but, for the angler master quest I can’t catch clownfish. I’ve tried on the Birch forest and the Oak forest and haven’t gotten one. Am I doing something wrong?

It doesn’t exist on cubecraft skyblock, you can only enchant a fishing rod with lure and unbreaking

Clownfish is a rare fishing drop so it could just take a while. Also, the luck of the sea enchantment in vanilla gives a higher chance to catch treasure and a lower chance to catch fish. But if it can be customised for CubeCraft Skyblock then I would like to see it in the game.
