How to PvP || Videos/Tips needed

Okay. So I've noticed that my PvP is getting bad in comparison to professional players on servers such as Badlion. (If this counts as advertising, feel free to expunge it). If anyone can give some tips, or videos, it would be beneficial! Anyone else can use these videos also. :)
