I reached a 200 kill streak yesterday with Prot 2 samurai sets and sharp 3 sword no gaps. I recommend buying a power 2 and punch bow. The only issue I came across were cheaters with reach though, with that you can go into an enclosed area where that advantage doesn't matter. Also the durability of the bows may break. and it may be smarter to get more armor sets instead of arrows as inventory space becomes very valuable when going for large kill streaks.
It really depends on the players you fight as if you take more hits your armor breaks faster (sherlock ikr) so even if having tons of space there is a limit due to inventory space.
Punch bows don't even exist in FFA , neither in shop nor in kits, but ok, makes sense.
